In a nutshell, coaching is a practical way to get you from where you are to where you want to be through advise, guidance & challenging. Coaching can help young people make positive improvements in their lives and set them up for success as they transition through school, secondary school onto college and university and into their career. As a coach I occupy a unique position where they are able to open up more as we explore their passion and skills along with areas that require more work. I am able relate to different young people and teach them skills to build their own toolkit to navigate their way through lives challenges and to excel in all areas.
My sessions are predominantly conducted online via video call. I also offer in person and active movement sessions which are fantastic for improving mental wellbeing.
As a youth development coach and mentor my passion is helping young people improve their lives! I do this by teaching skills, advising, guiding and challenging as we focus on 4 key areas of life;
For me these act like the wheels of a car, keeping us operating at a high level and living meaningful life in a balanced way.
I work with a range of young people from different backgrounds and at different stages in their life. I am trained as a life coach and have experience working with young people with mental health conditions and who are neurodiverse including ADHD, autism, anxiety and low mood. Additional I am a mental health & youth mental health first aider and have completed training in neuodiversity, being trauma informed & specific autism awareness training.

After a few sessions with me my clients note an improved performance in key areas of their lives.
We will create a process to run your life to keep you organised and in peak productivity.
We will also look at cultivating an ideal environment for you to thrive and reach your flow like state.
Alongside this we will set unique identity based goals and build supporting habits for these.
We will do a life assessment and see what’s working well and where your pinch points are. Armed with this knowledge and increased awareness we can make better decisions and in turn achieve better results.
Often small changes and positive habits done consistently will make powerful improvements. Those I work with experience clearer thinking, better sleep quality and increased productivity.

I work with most of my clients on a weekly basis for maximum impact as a lot can happen in a week! These can be in depth 1 hour sessions or ultra focused 30 minute sessions. Other options include fortnightly, monthly or a quarterly check in call and re focus sessions.
We will utilise specific tools and techniques to suit you and your goals. We will also maintain a central coaching document to record notes and to track your journey. I also develop and share my own resources with my clients Including modern tools & ideas as well as ancient wisdom and how we can apply this to modern life.
We will set clear action steps after each session. These will build momentum and apply key lessons to your life. Bespoke, concise coaching notes will be sent after each session from the central coaching document.
I will be with you throughout this journey. I'll provide support and accountability between calls for traction. I am also accessible to my clients between sessions for any questions or support they need. Through working with me you will take responsibility for your life and develop clarity on what you really want to achieve.
