My sessions are predominantly conducted via video call on Zoom. I do also offer in person sessions (depending on availability) and active movement sessions which are fantastic for improving mental wellbeing. I believe working with a client for a minimum of six months where possible to ensure we have a chance to really build a relationship and make substantive progress.
