With a background in running a football coaching franchise, I built a strong connection with young people—helping them grow in confidence, develop resilience, and perform at their best. I loved seeing the positive impact of this work, but I eventually felt called to take on a deeper challenge: one that supported not just physical performance, but the whole person.
Like many, I’ve experienced periods of low mood, loss of direction, and questioning my purpose. During those times, I turned to journaling, meditation, and an in-depth study of self-development and philosophy. While living and working in Asia, I also explored Japanese lifestyle principles and psychology, applying them to my own life. These practices gave me clarity, focus, and meaningful improvements—tools and insights I now bring into every coaching session.
Alongside my personal journey, I trained in NLP, life coaching, and counselling skills, and worked with a mental health sports charity.
These experiences shaped my why - to share wisdom so others live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.
Now, as a youth development coach and mentor, I work with young people every week—helping them cultivate stronger mindsets, set clear goals, and take consistent, practical action. I provide support, structure, and accountability, empowering them to make real, lasting change.
I believe that with the right tools and guidance, every young person can navigate life’s challenges, unlock their potential, and thrive—and that belief drives everything I do.
